After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:
Check-Out Now! Click on the Check-Out button at the top of this page or click here to immediately proceed with thecheckout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 7 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!
Shortly after the auction ends, you will receive an invoice (emailed to your Ebay registered address) reflecting total cost of final auction price plus shipping and handling. Our preferred shipping courier is Fed-Ex Ground Delivery. Some Items may Ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS 1st Class Mail depending on your PayPal Confirmed address (PayPal Ship to Address) and Shipping Options located in Auction.. Domestic customers include all 50 US States, Puerto Rico and Guam. Insurance and tracking information are included in the shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international shipments are done through USPS Priority Mail International Service. We do not use any other service. The value given for the item on the declaration form will be the amount you purchased the item for before shipping. We will not provide false values on declaration forms, so please do not ask us to do so. Furthermore, shipping to international destinations may take up to 20 business days due to Customs issues. Please give your item time to arrive prior to filling our inbox with questions regarding these shipments.
International bidders must pay international shipping charges if a discrepancy is found, bidders have 48 hours from time of payment to pay balance owed or item will be relisted.

WARRANTY RETURNS
The winner of this auction will receive the listed item above. Our staff works very hard to get your items to you. We ship 100's of items a day and there are times that a mistake in shipping may happen. Please notify us as soon as possible if this happens and it will be 100% corrected Please read the auction for Common Questions as to size, color, shipping options and payment options.
Sorry but there are NO refunds or exchanges for other Items, Sizes, Dexterity, Colors, Lofts or Shaft Flex's. Under NO circumstances will we accept return of new equipment after it's been used, even if it's only been hit once.
We charge a reship fee (full shipping price) for any incorrect customer addresss returns. A request for this fee and correct address will be emailed before items reships.

PAYMENT
We expect payment within 7 days from the end of the auction. Please do not wait to pay beyond 7 days from the first item won. If a problem occurs and you are unable to make payment, please contact us so that we can relist the product and get our listing fees back, If payment is not made within 7 days, a non-payment complaint will be sent to ebay regarding the item. The item will then be re-listed and you will lose the right to purchase the item.
